Here are some diet tips for fasting healthier and joyful.                                                                      *   Do not keep fast with emptystomach. Have some eatables after some intervals of time.                  *   Drink plenty of water.                                                                                                                  *   Fruit shakes are beneficial.                                                                                                          *   Eat dry fruits.                                                                                                                              *   Take salt at least once in daytime.                                                                                              *   Fruit chaat is healthier option instead of fried chips or others.
